These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all technical consultations, hardware supplies, turnkey engineering installations, and Annual Maintenance Contracts ("AMC") provided by Astratech Systems Integration LLC ("Astratech") to corporate clients, contractors, developers, and facility managers ("Client").
Our services encompass specialized Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and ICT disciplines including, but not limited to:
- SIRA-compliant IP CCTV Surveillance Systems and Video Analytics.
- Biometric Access Control, Optical Turnstiles, and Vehicle Barrier Automations.
- Structured Copper (Cat6/Cat6A) and High-Speed Fiber Optic Backbone Infrastructure.
- Enterprise Networking, Managed Switching, Firewalls, and IP Telephony (PABX).
- AI-driven Footfall Analytics, Queue Management, and Interactive Audiovisual Systems.
All engineering proposals and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) issued by Astratech are formal estimates based on initial site surveys and architectural schematics:
- Validity Window: Unless otherwise specified in writing, quotations remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from issuance due to global semiconductor, copper, and optical component price fluctuations.
- Mobilization & Milestone Disbursements: Execution commences upon receipt of an authorized Purchase Order (PO) and initial advance mobilization disbursement as detailed in the commercial agreement.
- Scope Variations: Any modifications to the cable routes, camera quantities, rack relocations, or civil requirements requested after engineering sign-off shall be billed under an approved Variation Order (VO).
Timely execution of low-current integration relies upon facility readiness. The Client agrees to provide:
- Unobstructed access to server rooms, riser shafts, containment trays, and false ceilings during designated installation shifts.
- Continuous, regulated electrical power (UPS clean feeds) and climate-controlled environments for MDF/IDF communication server racks.
- Timely issuance of facility entry permits, security passes, and hot-work clearances as required by building management authorities.
Regulatory Inspection Protocol:All CCTV surveillance systems are engineered in rigorous conformity with the specifications mandated by the Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA) and Dubai Police.
Astratech coordinates statutory site inspections and facilitates SIRA certificate issuance upon completion of installation, provided the Client ensures required Internet connectivity, dedicated static IP addresses, and operational facility power.
All integrated hardware supplied by Astratech carries full Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) factory warranties:
- Hardware Warranty: Equipment such as NVRs, IP cameras, switches, and biometric terminals carry standard manufacturer warranties (typically 12 to 36 months depending on the tier and OEM).
- Cabling Certification: Certified structured cabling installations include Fluke network channel test reports and up to a 25-year manufacturer system warranty on performance.
- Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage resulting from electrical power surges, unauthorized client tampering, water ingress, civil construction damage, or force majeure events.
Under an active Astratech AMC agreement, clients receive guaranteed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) including:
- Quarterly preventative diagnostics, lens cleaning, server firmware patches, and storage health checks.
- 24/7 prioritized emergency technician dispatch with response times conforming to the contracted SLA tier (e.g., 2-hour or 4-hour on-site response for critical surveillance outages).
- Annual SIRA renewal coordination and testing support for audit certifications.
Upon final project settlement and milestone sign-off, Astratech delivers complete As-Built technical documentation, including AutoCAD cable routing layouts, network IP assignment topologies, Fluke test certifications, and manufacturer warranty certificates for the Client's permanent operational custody.
